Risa is available to bring the Master Class in Auditioning and Acting for the Camera, Workshops, Seminars and Lectures to your community, your city, your theatre, your college or professional school programs.

Risa will educate actors on:

• The steps to take in continuing your training and your workout as an actor
• The Audition Process
• Acting for the Camera
• Script Analysis
• The life of an actor in LA or New York
• The business of acting and the ins and outs of the Industry (Film TV, Theatre)
• How to create your own work and put it out there

Past engagements:

Risa’s been teaching the Master Class in Los Angeles & New York for 15 years. She’s also brought the Master Class to Chicago, Toronto, Vancouver, Memphis, New Orleans, Columbus, Ohio, and St. John’s, Newfoundland. She’s been a guest teacher at UCLA, USC (including the Stark Program), UCSB, Chapman University, The CFC (Canadian Film Centre in Toronto) and StoneStreet Studio’s Screen Acting Program of NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. She’s also taught extensively at The Ensemble Studio Theatre in NY, and works with the AIPA (Australian Institute for the Performing Arts.)

Risa has opened The BGB Studio for Actors in Los Angeles with Steve Braun. She runs Audition and Career Seminars in Los Angeles and NY, with plans to hold Seminars across North America. She’s also building a Director Coaching Program, preparing theatre directors to direct for film and film directors to work with actors. In addition, she works with actors and directors as a Career Coach, helping them to shape, expand and foster their evolving careers.

Risa coaches actors on an individual basis in L.A. and works with clients in NY, Toronto, Chicago, Vancouver, London, Madrid, Tel Aviv, Paris, and Sydney.
